Making a Planned Entry Record

How to register Planned Receipts in the system, ensuring that receipts are organized and tracked efficiently.

Planned Receipts are Purchase Orders or Customer Return Orders that will enter the organization. The system allows you to record and track these entries, with support for quality control and other necessary checks.

  1. On the Homepage, go to "Planned Entries" in the Planning section.

  2. Select the three dots on the line of the desired entry to perform the individual Check-In for that vehicle.

    1. To check in several entries at the same time, check the multiple checkboxes on the left of the table. After selecting the rows you want, click on the Actions button in the top right-hand corner of the table. Choose Check In.

  3. After filling in all the fields, click " Save " in the bottom right-hand corner to confirm the check-in.

    1. Depending on your system configuration and Product Type, you may need to carry out an initial quality check.

  4. Once the check-in is complete, the vehicle is ready to be routed according to the type of entry (Vehicle Panel):

    1. Park: in case the vehicle needs to wait before proceeding.

    1. Weighing: To obtain the weight before unloading.

    1. Dock: to start the reception process.
