Create new collaborators in BRAINR and link them to the right user and team.• Fill in required fields (like Code and Name) plus optional org info (Group, Department, Role). • Associate the collaborator with an existing User (and Team, if applicable) to grant access.
Important Notes
To associate a collaborator with a user, the user must already be created.
For bulk uploads, use the back office.
Onthe Homepage, go to the"Collaborators"module in the Collaborators section.
The module lists all employees at the center. Click"+ Employee" in theupper right corner.
In General Information, you must fill in the Employee Code and Name.
In the Organization section, fill in the Group field (required), and optionally add Department and Role, as needed for organizational specificity.
If necessary, associate this employee with an existing user in the“Access” group and“User” field to ensure system access according to the appropriate permissions.
Optionally, fill in the“Team” field if the employee is part of a specific team.
After completing the form, click“Save” to add the employee to BRAINR. If you do not wish to proceed, you can click“Cancel” to discard the changes.
