Create a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) in BRAINR to turn MPS planning into actionable production.• Identify required raw materials and allocate production to lines. • Generate orders aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS). • Use the results to align planning and execution.
MRP converts the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into detailed requirements and orders.• Considers raw material availability, production capacity, and operational constraints. • Gives a complete view of what to produce, when, and with which materials.
Important Notes
If you add products manually here, they are not linked to a customer/address. • Label data will not be sent to labeling machines. • Fix it by opening the generated order later and filling the customer/address before printing/processing labels.
