Managing a Material Requirements Plan (MRP)

Manage Production Requirements Planning (MRP) in BRAINR to plan materials and production capacity.• MRP calculates required raw materials and schedules production across available lines. • Review MRP results after MPS changes to confirm quantities and timelines.

Important Notes

  • Changes to your Master Production Schedule automatically update the Material Requirements Plan, no manual refresh needed.

  • Always review your MRP after MPS edits to confirm all production targets, quantities, and timelines flow through correctly.
