Important Notes
The list shows the checks already performed and their respective results.
When you expand a record, you can view the associated documents (e.g., documents linked to the check).
In the control details, the question-by-question view helps you quickly identify which responses led to a Non-Conforming outcome.
At the top of the detail page, there is an option to generate a quality control report.
Steps to Follow
On the BRAINR Home page, scroll down to the Quality Controls section.
Click on the Quality Records module.
In the Quality Records list, view:
All checks performed
The outcome of each control
(Optional) Expand a check to view the associated documents.
To view the full details of the check:
Click on “…”
Select Details
On the control details page, view:
The overall outcome of the control
The question-by-question view, to quickly identify where responses resulted in Non-Compliant
The documents associated with the check
At the top of the page, select the option to generate the quality control report.
