Manage Quality Records

Use Manage Quality Records to review all quality controls performed in your organization.• View key fields: control number, type, name, operator, date, and result. • Expand a row to see more details (document, product, etc.).

Important Notes

  • You need Quality Supervisor permissions to access the module.

  • Items marked as non-compliant appear with a red icon.

  • If you cannot find a specific inspection, verify that you are viewing the correct organization and use filters (if available).


Steps to Follow

  1. In the Quality menu, go to the Manage Quality Records module to open the list of quality controls.

  2. In the list, review the main fields (No., type, name, operator, date, and result) and, if necessary, expand a row to view more details (document, product, etc.).

  3. To view the full details of a control, click on the control’s row and select Details.

  4. On the details page, identify non-compliant items using the red icon.

  5. To generate and download the report, click Reports in the upper corner.

  6. To edit a check, in the list view, click and select Edit. You will be redirected to the form page with pre-filled answers—make any necessary changes and click Save.
