Dashboards in BrandKeep contain a multi-select checkbox next to each item. These checkboxes allow you to perform actions for multiple pieces of content.

To use the multi-select checkboxes click on the checkbox next to one or more of your pieces of content.

You can also select all content on the dashboard by clicking on the global multi-select action checkbox.

Next, select the Actions menu at the top of the page. This will present a dropdown with different actions available. Depending on the dashboard that you are on, the multi-select function differs. Below are the functions for the multi-select action menu on each dashboard.

Brands dashboard

The Brands dashboard allows you to delete multiple brands at once.

Assets dashboard

The Assets dashboard allows you to edit, download, or delete multiple assets at one time.

Contacts dashboard

The Contacts dashboard allows you to edit or delete multiple contacts at one time.

Tasks dashboard

The Tasks dashboard allows you to edit, mark a complete, mark as incomplete, or delete multiple tasks at one time.
