To change your BrandKeep plan, first navigate to the My Store dashboard. Next click on the button noted below.
If you are currently on the Free plan, click on the Upgrade Now button.
If you are currently on the Base or Pro plans, click on the Change Plan button.
On the plan pop up page choose which plan you would like. Depending on your existing plan and the new plan selection there are different scenarios that apply:
If you are currently on the free Pro trial and upgrading to the Base or Pro plan subscription, your free Pro trial will continue until the 30 days has expired. At that point your paid subscription will begin.
If you are currently on the Free plan (not the free trial) and upgrading to the Base or Pro plan, then your subscription will take affect once you have completed payment.
If you are currently on the paid Base plan and upgrading to the Pro plan, then your existing subscription will be immediately changed to the Pro plan and you will be charged the Pro plan rate.
If you are currently on the paid Base or Pro plans and downgrading, then your existing subscription will run until your billing date. At that time you will change to your new plan.
If you have and Brand Cards, Users, or data that surpasses the limits for your new plan, you will only be able to use content within the parameters of your new plan.
