Cancelling your BrandKeep account is easy. See below for the steps to take to cancel your account.
Please note: We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next billing cycle, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of that cycle. If you are on the Free plan your account will be deleted immediately.
Once your account is deleted, all of your BrandKeep data will be deleted.
To cancel your BrandKeep subscription and delete your account, first navigate to the My Store dashboard.
Depending on your plan, or if you still have the free trial, the button you choose will have different text.
If you are still on the BrandKeep trial, click on the or "Sign Up Now" button.
If you currently have the Free or Base plan, click on the "Upgrade Now" button.
If you currently have the Pro plan, click on the "Change Plan" button.
On the plan page, scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
Check the box acknowledging that you understand that all of your BrandKeep data will be immediately deleted (1). Then click on the button Continue with Deletion (2).
