Steps to Input Icebreakers into Campaigns:

  1. Prepare Your Leads

    • Ensure you have a list of leads you've been prospecting, enriched with details like LinkedIn URLs.

  2. Access the Campaign

    • Go to the "Campaigns" section and open the desired campaign.

    • Navigate to the "Leads" section.

  3. Add Icebreakers

    • Select an individual lead (e.g., Zoe).

    • Manually type in the icebreaker for the lead.

  4. Set Up the Sequence

    • In the sequence section, choose a template or create steps from scratch.

    • Example: Use placeholders like Hi [icebreaker], how are you today? to personalise the sequence.

  5. Configure Campaign Settings

    • Check and set:

      • Email account connections.

      • Daily sending limits.

      • Timings and days for the campaign.

  6. Review Leads and Icebreakers

    • Go to the "Review" section.

    • Confirm that each lead, including their icebreaker, is correctly populated.
