Creating a campaign in Breakcold is a simple, step-by-step process. Here’s how to do it from start to finish:

Step 1: Create a New Campaign
Go to your campaign section and click Create Campaign.
Name your campaign (e.g., "Test 3") and click Continue.
Step 2: Add Leads to Your Campaign
There are several ways to add leads:
Import leads via CSV from your People page
Manually add leads one-by-one
Use the Google Form extension to add leads automatically
Once your leads are added to your People page:
Select multiple leads using the checkboxes.
Click Add to List to group them into a specific list.
Step 3: Connect Your List to the Campaign
Return to your campaign and go to the Leads section.
Click Connect List and select your previously created list.
Alternatively, use the three-dot menu to import leads directly via CSV.
Step 4: Build Your Email Sequence
Navigate to the Sequencer tab.
Use the built-in Scorecard to optimize your email for deliverability and quality.
Add multiple steps to your sequence:
If you keep the subject line the same across steps, follow-ups will be sent in the same email thread.
Step 5: Use or Save Templates
Use community templates or previously saved templates.
To save a new template, write your email and click Save as Template, then enter a title.
Step 6: Configure Your Campaign Settings
Select the mailbox you want to send from.
Choose your sending days, times, and delay intervals.
Adjust other preferences as needed.
Click Save to save all settings.
Step 7: Review and Launch
Click Review to preview emails for each lead.
When you're ready, hit Start Campaign to begin sending.
