Replied/not replied filters in Unified Inbox

Why building this?

  • Problem: too much time spent finding conversations that NEVER started (ie. you sent a first message, no replies)

  • Agencies managing Breakcold for their clients, regular Breakcolders or myself were spending too much time sorting leads who didn't reply.

It's now fixed โœ… ๐Ÿซก

1. Show messages where your leads havenโ€™t replied

  • useful to focus on follow ups without necessarily creating tasks

2. Show messages where your leads have replied at least once

-useful to focus on active conversations

3. Filter the inbox by owner

  • you can now filter the unified inbox by lead owner
