Why building this?
Problem: too much time spent finding conversations that NEVER started (ie. you sent a first message, no replies)
Agencies managing Breakcold for their clients, regular Breakcolders or myself were spending too much time sorting leads who didn't reply.
It's now fixed ✅ 🫡
1. Show messages where your leads haven’t replied
useful to focus on follow ups without necessarily creating tasks
2. Show messages where your leads have replied at least once
-useful to focus on active conversations
3. Filter the inbox by owner
you can now filter the unified inbox by lead owner
