How it works
The Business Essentials Bundle is a limited-time promotional offer. To access the bundle at the listed price, you must activate it before 30th Sep 2026. Access to the bundled modules will be available until 30th Sep 2027. After this date, standard pricing will apply to any modules you choose to continue using.
The promotional bundle applies to both monthly and annual contracts, provided your subscription remains active. If your subscription is cancelled at any time, access to the bundled modules will be removed.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
Eligibility is based on your current plan and modules at the time of activation.
Partner-managed customers must activate the qualifying module(s) within the promotional window to be eligible.
Breathe may amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Please note that our Rota and time and attendance module is not included in this offer.

The bundle gives you access to four modules for a lower price than buying them separately.
It’s a simple way to get more value, without adding complexity.
Is this a limited-time offer?
Yes. To subscribe to the Business Essentials bundle, you’ll need to activate it between 1 April 2026 and 30 September 2026.
What happens after the promotional period ends?
If you continue using the modules, standard pricing will apply after the offer ends.
When will I be charged?
If you pay monthly, the bundle price will apply at your next renewal date.
If you pay annually, your subscription cost will be adjusted and applied at your next renewal.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. There are no hidden fees, no setup costs and no charges for changing your plan.

How do I activate the bundle?
You can switch to the bundle in your account:
Go to Configure > Plan and Billing
Can partner-managed customers access the offer?
Yes, as long as the bundle is activated within the promotional period.
How long will I have access to the modules?
You’ll keep access as long as you:
Maintain your subscription
Continue using the bundle after activating within the offer period
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, you’ll lose access to the bundled modules.
If you decide to keep one or more modules, standard pricing will apply.
Can I combine this with other offers?
No, this offer can’t be combined with other promotions.
Is this just a temporary promotion?
The offer is time-limited. You’ll need to activate the bundle between 1 April and 30 Septembver2026.
Will I actually use all these modules?
Each module supports a core part of running a business, from training and compliance to hiring and managing spend.
They’re designed to work together, with all your data in one place, so nothing gets lost in spreadsheets or separate systems.
