If you've searched the Knowledge Base but still need a hand, a member of our support team may ask you to 'enable support access' so they can dive in and take a look themselves. This feature allows the support team temporary access to your account for troubleshooting and assistance, with control over the duration of access.
We need your express permission to access your account. You can give permission and provide access by navigating to Help > Enable support where you will see this screen: Follow these steps:
Navigate to Help > Enable Support in your account.
Use the slider to set the duration for support access, ranging from 1 to 7 days.
Once support is enabled, notify the support team to proceed with resolving your issue.
You can choose the amount of time that you'd like to allow access for (between 1-7 days). Then, click 'enable' and that's it, you're done. The slider functionality makes it easy to configure the duration according to your preference, providing flexibility in granting access.
The team will then jump and get to the bottom of your query as soon as they can.
