If you've searched the Knowledge Base but still need a hand, a member of our support team may ask you to 'enable support access' so they can dive in and take a look themselves.
We need your express permission to access your account. You can give permission and provide access by navigating to Help > Enable support where you will see this screen:
You can choose the amount of time that you'd like to allow access for (between 1-7 days). Then, click 'enable' and that's it, you're done.
The team will then jump and get to the bottom of your query as soon as they can.
