If you're a partner of Breathe, this article explains the different user permissions when setting up a new client.

If you're a partner of Breathe, you'll have a Partner Hub - this allows you to access and manage your clients accounts.

When setting up a new client, you can assign a hub admin, user, and support contact within their account.

Firstly, click the blue '+', which looks like this:

Please note, you will need to be a hub admin to see the plus icon.

You'll then be taken to this screen:

  • The Client Admin can be anyone who's set up as a hub admin. This person will have full access to the clients account and can cancel the plan, change the holiday year and purge employees. If you can't see the person you want to assign within the drop down list, click here to learn how to add a new user.

  • The Client Support Contact will be visible to the client. When they log into their Breathe account, their details will appear under Help > My HR consultant.

If you have multiple consultants within the business, you can also give them access to the client's account. Here's how:

1) Go your dashboard

2) Click the arrow next to the client name, under the Actions column

3) Assign a user on the right hand side.

4) Once the user has been assigned, you'll be able to see all users assigned under the Users tab.

Any users assigned to the account who are not the client admin (refer to beginning of the article) will be able to access the clients account as a HR user.

This means they'll have full access, but they won't be able to change the holiday year, cancel the plan or purge employee data.
