Partner client

If you'd like to manage and pay for your client's account directly, you can set them up from your Partner Hub by clicking on the blue + button. You can then charge your client for the account as you see fit.

As the HR partner, you have the option to handle enquiries or questions related to their account, software, and more.

You'll be the Admin/Super User, granting you total control over the account. This includes:

  • Plan size changes

  • Billing adjustments

  • Purging user data

  • Adding/removing chargeable modules

  • Assigning finance permissions (for regular accounts and above)

Referral partner client

Alternatively, you can opt for your clients to manage and pay for their own accounts.

To do this, head to the Referrals tab within your Partner Hub to find your unique referral link to share with your client.

With this setup, the client pays Breathe directly and becomes the sole owner of their Breathe account.

For a partner to access a referral client's account, the client must enable partner support, granting access for up to 24 months.

Partner access can be enabled by the client within their account by clicking Help > Enable partner access > Select the timeframe for partner access > Accept the confirmation message.

Any changes made by a partner to a referral client's account will be recorded as adjustments by the admin of the account.

The referral client retains control over:

  • Plan size changes

  • Billing adjustments

  • Purging user data

  • Adding/removing chargeable modules

  • Assigning finance permissions (for regular accounts and above)
