To access the audit trail within Rota, Time & Attendance, head to Configure > RTA Settings > Audit trail:
The audit trail is a record of everything that's happened since you started using the RTA module.
Each entry includes the action, the user associated with the action, the details of the action, when it happened and the record ID, which you can see when you hover over the i:
Click the filter icon to open the filter options:
You can filter by date, record ID, user and action. Once you set the filter/s click generate and the filtered results will be displayed.:
