You have the ability to record Grievances and Disciplinaries within Breathe. Below is an overview of each and how they work.
Grievances:
A grievance procedure is a formal way for an employee to raise a problem or complaint to their employer.
This section is intended to be used to record any grievances that have been brought against someone within your organisation.
This will need to be activated from within the Modules section which can be accessed by following the pathway: Configure > Settings > Modules.
The initial grievance will be able to be seen by the person that this has been raised against. Any further notes that are made, including documents and outcomes, will not be able to be seen by the person this has been raised against.
Disciplinaries:
If you have decided that the grievance that has been raised is of a serious nature and will need to be taken further, the Disciplinaries section is the place to record this.
Once you have created the record, you can then edit/update this as and when it is needed. The fields that can be edited are shown below:
Please note: Anything other than the description won't be visible to the person this has been raised against.
