Employee Medical Information
Keeping track of your team's medical information is an important part of workforce management and compliance. With Breathe, medical facts can be stored and updated directly by employees, HR users, and line managers.
Who can add and manage Medical Facts?
Employees: Can view, add, edit, and delete medical facts on their own profile.
HR Users: Can view, add, edit, and delete medical facts across all employee profiles in the organisation.
Line Managers: Can view, add, edit, and delete medical facts for their direct reports if permitted under line manager settings (Configure > Settings > Change what line managers can see and do).
To add a Medical fact head to employees profile > More > Medical Facts
From here you can add a new medical fact by pressing the + icon
You can also edit (pencil icon) and delete (bin icon) the medical facts.
