In order to make your life easier, Breathe enables you to perform certain functions in bulk via the People list.

You can choose to bulk assign either to all your employees or to a select few (even one if required). Check out our video below on how to use this feature:
To bulk assign to employees, you simply go to the People > Our people list, select the users you require and then click "Bulk update"
TOP TIP: If you are bulk assigning training you aren't able to attach a document, however we would recommend using the Company Documents area to add this document that is linked to the training as you are able assign an audience to view it and set a read requirement also. You are able to update the document at any time and it will just be the one document that needs changing rather than each individually.
FAQ: Can I do a mass booking of holiday?
A question we are asked a lot is 'can I do a mass booking of holiday for the Christmas period? Our employees receive X days annual leave and X number of days need to come out of their allowance, is this possible to do in Breathe HR?'
Unfortunately no, it is not possible to do a mass booking of holiday. This will need to be done on an individual basis. However, you do have a couple of options:
Go to People > Our people list > click into the employee's profile > leave, from here you can + add leave (you can even ask your line managers to add the leave for their employees, to save yourself some work)
Alternatively you can use the - adjustment button to reduce the employees holiday allowance.
2) Create a company announcement (company > announcements) asking your employees to book these days off.
Can I bulk assign permissions to employees?
You can't perform this action in bulk. You will need to do this individually by going to the employee Profile > Permissions > Edit (blue pencil icon).
