To restrict access and prevent a user from logging into the Partner Hub, you can deactivate their account. While this action won't delete the Partner Hub user account, it will make it inactive, ensuring they can't access or log in.

How to make a user inactive

A Partner Hub user can be made inactive by navigating to the Partner Hub > Settings > Users > Click on the 'lock' icon against the user to be locked out.

Easily monitor inactive users by selecting the 'Inactive users' tab. Here, you can identify users who are currently locked out.

If a user needs access again, click the 'unlock' icon to reactivate their account, restoring their login access.

Note: Deactivating a user on the Partner Hub doesn't affect their main Breathe account. If necessary, this will need to be actioned separately.
