As a Partner, you may need to log in to your client's Breathe account for effective management & support.
If you encounter issues accessing a client account from the Partner Hub, there could be a few reasons why:
User not assigned to account
If you find yourself unable to view or sign in to a client account, it's possible that you haven't been assigned as a user for that account on the Partner Hub. Here's how you can resolve this:
An Admin on the Partner Hub can assign you as a user by navigating to the Partner Hub Dashboard > Scroll down to 'Clients' > Click on the arrow against an account > Select an HR partner user within the 'Assign user to this account' field > Click Assign.
Once this step has been followed, the client account will be visible the next time you sign in.
Partner Access not enabled
In the case of being unable to sign in to a referral client account, this is likely because the referral client account does not have partner access enabled. You need the client to enable partner access to gain permission.
Partner access can be enabled by the client within their account by clicking Help > Enable partner access > Select the timeframe for partner access > Accept the confirmation message.
Once these steps are completed by the client, the user icon will appear in the Partner Hub, allowing you to sign in and access the client account.
