In the Partner Hub, you can designate a single user as the invoice receiver, responsible for receiving invoices from within the Partner Hub.
Viewing the current invoice receiver
Navigate to your Partner Hub and log in. Once logged in, go to Settings > Users
In the 'Is invoice receiver?' column, 'Yes' will indicate the user is currently set up as the invoice receiver within the Partner Hub.
Changing the invoice receiver
To designate another user in the Partner Hub as the invoice receiver, follow these steps:
1. Remove permissions from the current invoice receiver
To set another user on the Partner Hub as the invoice receiver, you must first remove the permission from the existing invoice receiver on the account.
Go to Settings > Users > Click the arrow next to the user currently designated as the invoice receiver > Edit icon > Untick the 'is invoice receiver' checkbox setting > Click the 'update user' button to save changes.
2. Select a new invoice receiver
After removing the permission from the existing receiver, navigate to Settings > Users > Edit the user you wish to designate as the new invoice receiver > Tick the 'is invoice receiver' checkbox setting > Click the 'update user' button to confirm.
The new user set with this permission will now be responsible for receiving future invoices from the Partner Hub.
