As a Partner, you may need to log in to your client's Breathe account for effective management & support.
This can be done inside the Partner Hub, giving you easy access to client accounts (including referral clients).
How to sign in to a client account?
A client account can be created within the Partner Hub by navigating to the Partner Hub > Dashboard > Scroll down to 'Clients' > Click the user icon within the 'Actions' column.

After clicking the icon and acknowledging the warning message, you'll sign in to the client's Breathe account as the Admin.
This grants you the authority to make necessary changes within the client's account.
How to sign in to a referral client account?
To access a referral client account from the Partner Hub, you must be assigned Hub Admin permission in the Partner Hub, and the client must enable partner access on their account.
If partner access has not been enabled, the sign in user icon will not show on the Partner Hub.
Partner access can be enabled by the client within their account by clicking Help > Enable partner access > Select the timeframe for partner access > Accept the confirmation message.
Once these steps are completed by the client, the user icon will appear in the Partner Hub, allowing you to sign in and access the client account.
FAQs
Q: Why is the user icon not showing for signing in to a client account?
A: This is likely because the account is a referral client account without enabled partner access. You need the client to enable partner access to gain permission.
Q: Why is the incorrect client logo displayed?
A: Browser caching might cause another client's logo to appear. The correct logo will display when the client accesses their Breathe account.
Q: Will I be able to change the client's plan size?
A: Yes – on a client account, you’ll have full admin access, so can change their plan size as well as being able to enable/disable chargeable modules. For referral clients, only their Admin can change the plan and enable/disable modules.
