In the Partner Hub, billing for client accounts will function differently depending on whether you or the client is paying Breathe directly.
If you are paying for Breathe on behalf of your client:
For any clients listed in your Partner Hub whose account you fully manage on their behalf (as the Admin user), these will be added to your monthly Breathe invoice.
When adding new clients, there is nothing you need to do, they will simply be added to your invoice and your direct debit will be adjusted accordingly.
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and are payable by the end of that month. On approximately the 23rd of each month, you will receive a reminder of any new accounts that are due to be activated and any annual plans that are due for renewal. Please make sure to make any necessary changes before the invoice is sent*.
*Note: If you've switched on modules in the client trial, please remember to switch any off that aren’t required before being invoiced. You can do this by accessing their account and then going to Configure > Settings > Modules > Chargeable Modules.
Once you receive the invoice on the 1st, your direct debit will then be collected at the end of the month. Any changes you make to client accounts (additional modules, change of plan sizes, etc) within that month will not adjust the current invoice. These changes will only be reflected on the following month's invoice.
You will also receive a second and separate commission invoice with a breakdown of what commission is due to be paid to you. Your commission will be paid directly to you, and a few days before your direct debit to ensure you’re never out of pocket.
The amount of commission you receive depends on your Partner Level. If you have opted out of commission, you won’t receive a separate invoice.
If the client is paying Breathe directly:
If your client wishes to pay Breathe directly, their subscription payment will need to be set up by the Admin of the client account.
Find the Payment & Billing FAQs here which you can send to your clients.
If you need access to a client account via your hub which you’re not paying for (or simply wish to earn commission from), they will have to be listed as a Referral Client. This will happen automatically if they sign up to Breathe using your Referral link, or we can do this manually with their written approval.
