After setting up a new client account on the Partner Hub, the account is automatically placed on a trial period.
You have the flexibility to extend the trial by one month, however, please note that this extension is allowed only once.
How do I extend a client's Breathe trial?
A client's Breathe account trial can be extended by navigating to the Partner Hub > Dashboard > Scroll down to 'Clients' > Click the 'clock' extend trial icon.
By clicking this icon, you successfully extend the client's trial by an additional month.
The 'clock' extend trial icon will only appear for client accounts currently in the trial phase.
How do I view the client renewal date?
After extending a client's trial, you can check the live renewal date of the account by heading to the Partner Hub > Dashboard > Scroll down to 'Clients' > Click on the account > View the 'Next renewal date'.
The 'Next Renewal Date' is when the client account transitions from trial to active.
