The 'How to Get Your Clients Up & Running with Breathe' course is designed for Breathe Partners to efficiently onboard their clients. Whether you're a new Partner, have a new staff member needing training, or just need a refresher, this course is for you. We cover implementation, permissions, settings, and even provide a demo from an employee's perspective.
How can I take this course?
To qualify for the course, you must be an accredited partner. Here's how to become accredited:
Step 1: Attend the 20-minute 'Partner Induction Webinar - What’s Next for Partners?'
Step 2: Complete the accreditation tasks within your demo account. These tasks are quick to complete and can be found in the blue bubble on the bottom right of your demo account interface. Find out more here.
Once these steps are completed, email partnership@breathehr.com to receive the course registration.
What does the course provide?
Upon completion, you'll receive a certificate with a CPD logo, allowing you to claim 1 CPD point towards your CIPD accreditation.
Can I still take the course if I’m not CIPD accredited?
Yes, the course is open to all partners to enhance their client onboarding skills with Breathe.
How long does the course take?
The course takes approximately 1 hour to complete. It's on-demand, so you can take your time as needed.
How much does it cost?
This course is free – there are no hidden charges.
Is there a test in this course?
Yes, there's a test with 5 questions. You need to answer 4 correctly to pass.
If I fail the test, can I retake the test?
If you fail, you can retake the test.
Will I get a certificate for completing the course?
Upon successful completion, you'll receive a downloadable certificate.
