My name is Sian, and I'm a Partner Onboarding Coordinator at Breathe. I am here to help you find your feet with the Partnership in those early stages, so don't be afraid to ask questions!
To get the most out of our partnership, the next step is to gain your Partner Accredited status. This will give you the knowledge and resources to really leverage our partnership and set you up for success.
To achieve Partner Accredited status, there are a few key steps that I ask you to complete within the first two weeks of joining the Breathe Partner Programme. These steps are designed to help you get familiar with our platform, tools, and resources, and ensure that you're well-prepared to represent Breathe and offer our solutions to your clients.
I understand that you might be busy, but I definitely believe that completing these steps within the first two weeks will set you up for success. If you think you might have trouble meeting this timeline, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can work out a different plan.

Step 1.
Watch the OnDemand Partner Introduction webinar.
This will give you a quick recap of the Partner programme, along with an introduction to your Partner Hub. I'll also share some of our top tips to make sure you’re getting the most from our partnership.

Step 2:
Access your demonstration account & complete the tasks set
You'll soon (if not already) be sent a link to log in to your Partner Hub. Please remember to save your Partner Hub URL as a favourite or a bookmark. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk/spam folders, or email myself.
Once you log in to your Partner Hub, you'll see I have created a demonstration account for you. To become accredited, I'll need you to follow the tasks set up within your account. Completing these tasks is the best way to familiarise yourself with the Breathe system.
Please note, I will check that the tasks have been completed in your demo account.

Once the training has been completed, I will go ahead and send over the next steps including your accredited certificate 🎉
In the meantime, here are additional steps to complete within your hub:
Complete your Partner Hub Direct Debit
If you have plans to add clients into your hub where you'll be managing them directly (Breathe will invoice you, and the client will pay you directly) then you will need to complete the direct debit* mandate before you have access to add a new client.
Just to clarify, there are no fees for being a Partner, and we do not charge you for your demo account. This is only for new clients.
The direct debit can be completed through the banner in your partner hub.
*Please note: Please only complete the direct debit once. It will be processed manually. Once it's been processed, the banner will then be removed from your hub.

Add a new user to your Partner Hub
If you have other HR consultants within your company that will be helping you with your Breathe clients, add them into your Partner Hub.

This is a newly created Knowledge Base specifically for Partners to find out how to's and tips for managing their Partner Hub and clients.
The Knowledge Base is a must have for everyone, including your clients. If there is a question on how to manage a certain process, then the Knowledge Base is the place to go.
If yourself or a client are wondering 'I wish Breathe did that', well here's a place where you, and your clients, have the ability to submit your own ideas for new features. You can also vote on existing ideas, check out what the team are currently working on, and view anything recently released.
