This is your go-to place for managing all the important details of your Brello account.

  • Order History: Easily view a complete record of all your past orders and their status.

  • Manage Your Subscription: This is the best part! Here you have multiple options to manage your subscription:

    • View your subscription details.

  • Change your subscription.

  • Get your invoices.

  • Update your payment information.

Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

To cancel your subscription and any future orders, simply tap the "Cancel Subscription" button located at the bottom-left of the screen.

When you choose to cancel, you'll be presented with one of three options, depending on your order's status:

  • Cancel & Full Refund: If your order has not been processed yet, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancel & Partial Refund: If you choose to cancel your order after your telehealth consultation has been completed and a prescription for the medication has been issued, those services are considered non-refundable. A $50 fee for the consultation and prescription will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  1. Post-Telehealth Cancellation or Non-Prescription: If the patient completes a telehealth visit and a prescription order has been submitted and the patient desires to cancel the prescription order, Brello will issue a refund of the total amount paid by the patient minus a $50 service fee only if the patient provides Brello written notice via email at info@brellohealth.com on the same day as the telehealth visit.

  2. Post-Dispatch: Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications and in compliance with pharmacy laws, medications prepared and dispensed are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed. If you have concerns about your medication or believe there has been an error in dispensing, please get in touch with the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery of the medication.

Please note: Any renewal orders that are currently being processed cannot be canceled from here. If you need to cancel a renewal order that is in progress, please contact customer service for assistance.
