This is your go-to place for managing all the important details of your Brello account.

  • Order History: Easily view a complete record of all your past orders and their status.

  • Manage Your Subscription: This is the best part! Here you have multiple options to manage your subscription:

    • View your subscription details.

  • Change your subscription.

  • Get your invoices.

  • Update your payment information.

Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

To cancel your subscription and any future orders, simply tap the "Cancel Subscription" button located at the bottom-left of the screen.

When you choose to cancel, you'll be presented with one of three options, depending on your order's status:

  • Cancel & Full Refund: If your order has not been processed yet, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancel & Partial Refund: If you choose to cancel your order after your telehealth consultation has been completed and a prescription for the medication has been issued, those services are considered non-refundable. A $50 fee for the consultation and prescription will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refund Eligibility

1.**Cancellation policy:** If the patient wishes to cancel and the provider-led health review is completed and a prescription has been written, Brello may refund the total amount paid, less a $50 professional fee.

This will only apply if the patient sends a written notice via email to info@brellohealth.com within 24 hours from the time the provider-led health review was completed.

2. **Post-Dispatch:** Due to the nature of compounded medications and in accordance with pharmacy regulations, dispensed medications are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your medication or suspect a dispensing error, please contact the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of receiving your medication.

Replacement Policy

At Brello, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If your medication is not received at the address provided during checkout, we’re happy to work with one of the qualified pharmacies to send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Shipping Discrepancies

In instances where the patient reports non-receipt of medication, yet our records confirm delivery, a qualified pharmacy may re-ship medications based at their discretion.

All replacements are on a case-by-case basis and subject to verification.

Please note: Any renewal orders that are currently being processed cannot be canceled from here. If you need to cancel a renewal order that is in progress, please contact customer service for assistance.
