What is the Timeline Following Medical Approval? ⏳

Updated over a week ago

Once your order receives provider approval, your journey continues smoothly!

Here's what happens next and the estimated timeline:

Your prescription is promptly sent to a qualified pharmacy for compounding. This is where your compounded medication is prepared with care! ✨

Please allow about 5-7 business days for your medication to be expertly compounded and ready. 🚚

🔔Live Update – Due to a partner pharmacy facility transition, holiday shipping delays, and higher seasonal volume, current processing times are estimated at about 4–6 weeks, depending on your area. Refer to our real-time map in our homepage for current updates.

You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your medication is on its way. You can also easily check your tracking status directly from your patient dashboard. 📦

To review your prescription details and important usage instructions, please refer to the email from your provider titled: "Your Prescription Has Been Approved – Product Instructions Included."

Important Notes:

  • Please note that the pharmacy does not ship on Fridays or over the weekend.

  • It can take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. If your label was created on a Thursday afternoon, Friday, or during the weekend, your package will most likely be picked up by Monday or Tuesday.
