Your Initial Plan Setup
When you began, after completing your intake questionnaire, you selected your preferred approach to dosage adjustments (increase, maintain, or decrease). Your health provider carefully reviewed this input. Once approved, they prescribed your initial 3-month supply.
This 3-month supply comes with a 90-day Beyond Used Date, ensuring you have enough medication for three full months. ✅
Your Renewal Process Explained 🔄
Per provider policy, your renewal is scheduled 10 weeks after your most recent order is processed. Here's what to expect:
Automatic Processing: On your renewal date, your new order will be automatically processed. 🗓️
Follow-Up Intake Form: At that time, you’ll be prompted to complete a Follow-Up Intake Form. This is where you can indicate if you'd like to increase, maintain, or decrease your dose for the upcoming months. 📝
Provider Review: Your provider will review your updated information from the form and, if clinically appropriate, will prescribe your next 3-month supply based on your clinical needs. 👩⚕️
We can submit a shipping address update request to the partner pharmacy on your behalf; however, please note that address change requests cannot be guaranteed, particularly if submitted outside of normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
We strongly recommend reviewing and confirming your shipping address within your account prior to placing an order or before a renewal is processed. Once an order has been received and processed by the partner pharmacy, we may be unable to modify the shipping address or prevent the shipment from being delivered to the original address provided.
