Tracking your order has never been easier! Our tracking system lets you follow your order from the moment it's placed to the moment it's delivered right to your door.
Here is a step-by-step breakdown of the process:
1. Order Started โ
This status means your order has been successfully placed in our system. You've completed the first step of your Brello journey!
2. Medical Questionnaire Needed โ๏ธ
This is a required step to move your order forward. Please go to your Brello portal and fill out your medical questionnaire. Your provider cannot review or process your order until this is complete.
3. In Review by Provider ๐
Once you've completed your questionnaire, your order is submitted and reviewed by the healthcare provider. Once it's approved, it will be sent to a partner pharmacy for processing.
4. Pharmacy Fulfillment ๐
The partner pharmacy is now hard at work putting your order together. This status also includes a final verification to make sure you receive the correct medication.
5. In Transit ๐
Your order has left the pharmacy and is on its way! Here, you can follow your package in real-time to see its exact location and when to expect it.
6. Delivered ๐
Your order has arrived at your home! Please retrieve it as soon as possible and store it according to the instructions provided by the partner pharmacy.
We can submit a shipping address update request to the partner pharmacy on your behalf; however, please note that address change requests cannot be guaranteed, particularly if submitted outside of normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
We strongly recommend reviewing and confirming your shipping address within your account prior to placing an order or before a renewal is processed. Once an order has been received and processed by the partner pharmacy, we may be unable to modify the shipping address or prevent the shipment from being delivered to the original address provided.
