We’re updating the core exercise library in Bridge to deliver a better experience for coaches and athletes.
This change gives us direct control over one of the most critical parts of the coach-to-athlete workflow: exercises. As a result, we can move faster, respond to feedback, and deliver a modern, high-quality library built specifically for how Bridge is used every day.
This article explains what’s changing, what stays the same, and what you can expect.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to existing Exos exercises and my custom content?
All exercises remain, and all exercise data and history are preserved.
Some exercise names will change. All Exos videos may change. In most cases where a new Bridge video is unavailable in place of an Exos video, we will have a popular YouTube video temporarily while we work to grow our in-house library.
In addition, for any exercise, you can always:
Upload your own video
Import a video from YouTube
What if I need a specific exercise that’s not included?
You can still create custom exercises as you always have.
With our new library structure, we can respond more rapidly to customer requests. If multiple customers request the same movement or pattern, we can prioritize filming and adding it in future releases planned later in 2026.
What about template content?
The Bridge library will include templates that cover similar needs to the current high-use templates, along with a new engine powered by AI. Exos templates will be removed.
We’ll continue expanding templates and variations based on customer feedback.
When does this change take effect?
The new Bridge exercise library will be available starting January 22, 2026.
How are tags changing?
We’re simplifying exercise tags to make them easier to use and less repetitive, based directly on customer feedback. Tags will better reflect industry standards, such as by movement pattern, region, or focus (for example, Lower Body Push, Lower Body Pull, Upper Body, etc).
Your existing custom tags will remain associated with exercises, and you’ll still be able to add and manage your own custom tags on all exercises.
What about my data integrations/exports?
Nothing should change if you've set up a data integration. Please make sure you're leveraging exercise IDs rather than names as a best practice.
What about specialized training methodologies (e.g., Westside Method)?
We continue to work with partners to augment and complement the base Bridge library. Specialized content from partners like Westside remains available. The Bridge library provides the foundation of high-usage exercises, while partnerships add depth in specific training philosophies and methodologies.
