Ranges can be used as a tool to provide options to an athlete within their program. Multiple parameters can be programmed with ranges, even multiple for the same set. In this article, we will show how you can program with ranges and how these appear to the athlete.

These are the parameters that can use ranges:

Weight (all weight options), Reps, RIR, Time, Distance, Height, Velocity, Power, Force, Heart Rate, RPE, Nutrition, Score, Air Resistance, %Incline, %Decline, and %Elevation.

How to select a range:

  1. You will begin by selecting your main parameter. In this example, we will first select reps.

2. Once the parameter is added, select the drop-down and toggle to ranges.

3. You will now be able to enter the range.

How Ranges Appear to Athletes:

Athletes will be shown the range that you program and will need to enter a value.

A set with ranges cannot be checked off until a value is entered for the range.

The athlete's data will be saved as the value that is entered and can be reviewed in their athlete history.
