Brindlechute makes it easy to build a full client profile just by booking trips. Each time you add a client to a trip, you're growing your CRM—no extra setup needed.
Finding a client
From the Clients tab, click on any client to view their full history. Use the search bar to look up a client by first name, last name, email address, or phone number. You can also filter the list by client tag — see Know Your Clients at a Glance with Client Tags.
What's on a client profile
At the top of the profile, you'll see Lifetime Spend, Total Trips, and Upcoming Trips—at-a-glance insight into how valuable the client is to your business.
Next to the client's name, a status shows whether they're Active or archived.
Personal Info shows the client's contact info (email, phone, address), date added, and any private client notes—all stored automatically.
The client summary is an AI-generated snapshot of the client's history and profile, so you can get up to speed without reading through every past trip. You can customize how these read for your organization — see How AI Settings Work in Brindlechute.
The Itineraries tab (shown by default) is a table of the client's trips — trip dates, booking and itinerary status, the assigned trip manager, and checklist progress. Filter by Active, Completed, or Canceled to review past or upcoming trips.
The Assignments tab shows the individual trip units and the guides assigned to them, and the Booking tab shows the client's bookings.
The Documents tab holds any attached documents, like licenses or waivers.
The Payments tab is where you can add or remove multiple saved payment methods.
You can also update client details, start a new booking, or open the client's portal directly from this page. It's one view that connects everything you need.
