If you’re creating a new trip that’s similar to one you already offer—like a seasonal variation, group version, or multi-day upgrade—duplicating an existing experience is the fastest and most reliable way to get started.
Rather than building from scratch, this method carries over your:
Pricing structure
Task checklist
Documents and waivers
Location and trip settings
Questionnaire attachments
This ensures your configuration stays consistent while saving you time on setup.
How to Duplicate an Experience
Go to Products → Experiences
Find the trip you want to base the new one on
Click the clipboard icon to the right of the listing
Confirm the duplication in the popup
The duplicate is created right away with (copy) added to its name, and appears at the bottom of your experiences list
Open the copy and update the details for your new experience:
Experience setup – who runs the experience and the number of clients per guide
Experience name and Trip type
Description
Image & Video and Attachments in client portal
Pricing or availability if needed
Click Save & Next at the top of the page to review or update the task checklist
Click Update Experience at the top right to save
You now have a brand-new, fully configured experience—no need to start from zero.
