Explaining each Client Notification in Brindlechute

Brindlechute automatically keeps clients in the loop with email and SMS notifications tied to their booking and trip activity. Every notification is fully editable—both the message content and the call-to-action button.

NOTES:

  • How often do reminders get sent? You decide. The three invoice reminders above each have their own timing settings—there's no fixed system schedule. Click your organization name (top-left) → NotificationsClient, then click Edit template on the reminder you want to change. Whatever cadence you set, the emails go out at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

  • Need to quiet things down for one trip? The "Can Turn Off" column above refers to your organization-wide Notification Settings. Every client notification—including the ones marked "No"—can be turned off for an individual booking. Open the booking, click the Audit trail tab, select the Messages filter, and click Message settings. From there you can toggle off individual notifications for that booking, or use the All communications toggle to pause everything for it at once.

  • Need to pause everything? There's a master toggle in your Notification Settings that turns off all client notifications at once. Switch it back on anytime to resume automated notifications.

Why it matters

Client notifications remove guesswork for your guests—covering every step from confirmation to payment reminders. By editing the right templates, you set the tone for their entire booking experience.
