How it works
Confirm each guide has connected Stripe in their profile.
Choose how you want to pay:
All at once — go to Guide Payments and click Submit payments in the top right. See Processing Guide Payments in Batches by Page.
One trip at a time — open the booking and pay from the Invoice Summary. See Recording & paying a guide (from invoice summary in booking).
Funds move through Stripe’s batch cycle:
Depending on your setup, payouts can send daily, weekly (standard), bi-monthly, or monthly.
Guides see every payment in their Brindlechute dashboards.
This method removes manual work and ensures your tax reporting stays organized.
