Partners let you keep key contacts connected directly in Brindlechute.
Add a New Partner
From your dashboard, go to the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the Platforms section and select Partners.
In the top-right corner, click Add Partner.
Enter the organization name. Optionally, upload a Profile image using Choose File, then add the email and phone number, and one or more tags — search existing tags or create a new one.
Scroll down to configure additional optional settings:
Commission rate — the percentage you keep on bookings that include this partner's experiences; the rest is owed to the partner. See Track Partner Payouts on a Booking to see how this plays out on an invoice.
Description, Image & Video, Documents, What's Included, What's Not Included, and What to Bring — reusable presets that autofill into any experience linked to this partner. See How to use partner presets to speed up experience setup.
Cancellation Policy — a partner-specific policy that overrides your outfitter-wide default. See How to add partner-level cancellation policies.
Click Save.
Manage Partners
Once added, your partner will appear in the Partners list. You can edit their details anytime by selecting their record and updating the fields.
Tags: Add, change, or remove tags anytime — open a partner and click Edit, then search existing tags or create a new one. Use tags to group partners however makes sense for your organization (by region, activity type, relationship, etc.). Tags also work as a filter on the Partners list — see Find a Partner below.
Profile image: Upload or replace the image anytime — open a partner and click Edit, then use Choose File under the org name. The image appears next to the partner in your Partners list and in the partner filter on the Experiences page. Partners without one show a letter avatar instead.
Find a Partner
As your partner list grows, use the search controls above the list to narrow it down:
Search by name, email, phone — type any part of a partner's organization name, email address, or phone number.
Search partner tags — open the dropdown and select a tag to show only the partners carrying it.
