How to View Pre-Confirmation Tasks Answers

Once a client completes their pre-trip questionnaire, their answers are visible directly on the calendar and in the booking — so you can make quick decisions about guide assignment and trip prep without extra steps.

Once a client fills out their questionnaire, their answers are available in two places: directly on the Trip Calendar and inside the booking detail. This lets you and your team review responses at a glance before the trip.

How to View Answers

  1. Go to your Calendar

  2. Locate the booking you want to review and click on it

  3. In the booking popup, find the Pre-confirmation task line

  4. Hover over it to open the answers panel on the right

  5. Click Trip questions or Waivers to switch between the two categories and review the client's responses

Trip-related question answers and waiver responses are displayed separately, matching the two categories configured on the booking.

View Answers from the Booking

  1. Open the booking from Bookings or by clicking Manage Booking from the Trip Calendar pop-up.

  2. In the Booking Client section at the top, you'll see a Pre-confirmation task link under the client's name.

  3. Click it to open the answers panel on the right.

  4. Click View response under Trip questions or Waivers to see what the client submitted.

What This Is Useful For

Questionnaire answers on the calendar are particularly helpful for on-the-spot decisions like:

  • Guide assignment — match the right guide based on the client's experience level or preferences

  • Gear prep — know in advance whether clients are bringing their own equipment

  • Trip adjustments — flag anything that might affect how the day runs before the guide heads out

Important to Know

  • If a client hasn't completed their questionnaire yet, the answers section will appear empty

  • Waiver responses follow the same pattern — if the waiver wasn't completed, that section will be blank

  • Answers reflect whatever the client submitted — they cannot be edited from the calendar view
