The Guide Payments table lets you choose which columns appear — both on screen and in the file you export.
How to customize columns
In the left sidebar, under Payments, click Guide Payments.
Click the columns button (it shows the current count, e.g. "13 columns") in the top right.
The Edit columns panel opens on the right. Check or uncheck the columns you want to show.
To change the column order, drag any column item. The order you set here is the left-to-right order in both the on-screen table and your exported file, so you can line everything up the way your operation reads best.
Click Update to apply.
Tip: Click Select all in the top right of the panel to include every available column in one click.
