How to Issue Wallet Credit

Add credit to a client's wallet without a payment, for example as a goodwill gesture or to make up for a problem on a trip.

Issue wallet credit when you want to give a client credit without charging them. For example, you might issue credit as a goodwill gesture or to make up for a trip that didn't go as planned. The credit is added to the client's wallet, and they can spend it on future bookings.

How to issue wallet credit

  1. Click Clients in the left sidebar, then click the client.

  2. Click Edit on the Wallet card at the top of the profile, then click Adjust credits. You can also click the Wallet tab, then Edit.

  3. Under Adjustment, leave Credit selected.

  4. Enter the Amount to issue.

  5. Enter a Description explaining why you're issuing the credit.

  6. Check the Summary at the top, which shows the current balance, the adjustment, and the new balance, then click Issue credit.

After you issue the credit

The credit is added to the client's wallet balance and appears in the timeline on the Wallet tab. Your description is kept with the entry, so your team can see why the credit was issued.
