From My Account, you can easily manage:

Update your name, profile photo, email signature, and personal details.

βš™οΈ Settings

Manage Global SMS Consent, enable Google Integration, and access Delete Account options.

Go to My Account

Log in to your BrokerBlocks account. In the top right of the menu bar, click your profile photo or the default avatar if you did not upload one.

From the dropdown menu, select My Account to open your account settings.

πŸ‘€ Personal Info

This section allows you to review and manage your personal details. Take a moment to confirm that your information is accurate and up to date, including your name, profile photo, signature, and timezone.

If you need to make any updates, you can edit them here to ensure your profile reflects you correctly.

​Note: Don’t forget to click Save at the bottom of your screen after editing to apply your changes.

🏒 Company Info

This section allows you to manage your company details and branding. Review and update your company name, logo, website, and visual branding to ensure consistency across your communications.

You can also add or update your Google and Zillow review links, making it easy for clients to find and share feedback about your business.

🌐 Personal Contact Links

This section lets you manage the links that help clients connect with you online. Add or update links to your social media profiles and contact pages to ensure your audience always has easy access to your latest information.

Keeping these links up to date helps strengthen your digital presence and makes it easier for leads to reach you.

This section gives you control over how and when you receive alerts from BrokerBlocks. Customize your notification preferences to stay informed without being overwhelmed.

Adjust your settings to receive timely updates, lead activity alerts, and CRM writeback notifications, so you stay aware when data is synced back to your CRM.

This section allows you to update your password to keep your account secure. Regularly changing your password helps protect your data and maintain account integrity.

Choose a strong password to ensure continued, secure access to your BrokerBlocks account.

Google Integration

Connect your Google account to unlock personalized recommendations and deeper insights into your leads. Once enabled, BrokerBlocks securely syncs emails associated with your leads to enhance engagement intelligence.

Your privacy is a priority. All email data is securely stored and managed using industry-leading data protection standards, and you remain in full control, with the ability to manage or disconnect your Google account at any time.

Global SMS Consent

Manage your global SMS settings. By enabling this toggle, you confirm that you have obtained verbal or written consent from all your prospects to receive SMS messages.

Delete Account

Access account deletion options if you need to permanently remove your account.

​Note: Deleting your account does not cancel the entire subscription. To fully cancel, please contact the BrokerBlocks Member Success Team or email help@brokerblocks.com.
