To get there: log in, click your profile photo (or default avatar) in the top-right corner, then select My Account from the dropdown.

Review and manage your personal details β including your name, profile photo, signature, and timezone. Keeping this accurate ensures every touchpoint and communication reflects you correctly.

Manage your company details and branding β including your company name, logo, website, and visual identity. You can also add or update your Google and Zillow review links so clients can easily find and share feedback about your business.

Add or update links to your social media profiles and contact pages β Zillow, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Keeping these current strengthens your digital presence and makes it easy for leads to reach you.

Control how and when you receive alerts from BrokerBlocks. Customize your preferences to stay informed on lead activity, CRM writeback updates, and key moments in your workflow β without being overwhelmed.

Update your password anytime to keep your account secure. Use a strong, unique password to protect your data, lead information, and team insights.

Google Integration
Connect your Google account to unlock personalized recommendations and deeper lead insights. Once enabled, BrokerBlocks securely syncs emails associated with your leads to enhance engagement intelligence. Your data is stored using industry-leading security standards, and you can disconnect at any time.
Global SMS Consent
Enable this toggle to confirm that you have obtained verbal or written consent from all your prospects to receive SMS messages.
Delete Account
This option permanently removes your profile. Note: deleting your account does not cancel the entire subscription. To fully cancel, contact the BrokerBlocks Member Success Team or email help@brokerblocks.com.
