How to See Engagement on Your Touch Points

Track Opens, Reactions & Real-Time Insights

One of the best parts about using BrokerBlocks is being able to see exactly how your leads are engaging with your content. From opens to clicks to reactions, you’ll have full visibility into what’s working—and where to follow up next.


👀 What Engagement Does BrokerBlocks Track?

Whenever a client or lead interacts with one of your Touch Points, we track the following:

  • Opens – When they first open your Touch Point (and every time after)

  • 📲 Clicks - When they click on the link to your Touch Point (and every time after)

  • ❤️ Reactions – If they use an emoji to respond or engage with the message

This gives you insight into who's interested, who's warm, and who might need a nudge.


🔔 Where to View Engagement

Option 1: From the Contact Profile

When viewing a lead or contact inside BrokerBlocks, you'll see:

  • A history of all Touch Points sent

  • Icons and timestamps showing opens & reactions

  • Easy access to resend or send your next Touch Point right from the contact view


Option 2: Using the Notification Bell

  1. Click the 🔔 bell icon in the top right of your BrokerBlocks dashboard

  2. A right-hand panel will appear showing:

    • Most recent engagements

    • Reactions across all leads


This is the fastest way to stay on top of recent activity and jump into conversations while they’re still hot.


📈 How Engagement Helps You Sell Smarter

Touch Point engagement gives you real-time sales intelligence. For example:

  • A lead who opened but didn’t reply might be waiting for a follow-up

  • A lead who reacted with a 👍 or ❤️ is likely engaged and ready to talk

  • A no-open may mean it’s time to try a different channel or re-send at a better time

Use this data to prioritize your pipeline and follow up more effectively.
