Option 1: From the Contact Profile
When viewing a lead or contact in BrokerBlocks, you’ll see:
A complete history of all Touchpoints sent
Icons and timestamps showing opens and reactions
Quick access to resend or send your next Touchpoint directly from the contact profile
Option 2: From the Action Dash Menu
Click the Action Dash in the top-right of your BrokerBlocks dashboard
A right-hand panel will appear showing
