BrokerBlocks tracks key interactions every time a lead or client engages with your Touchpoints:

  • Opens – When a Touchpoint is opened, including repeat opens

  • Clicks – When a link is clicked, including repeat clicks

  • Reactions – When a lead responds with an emoji or reaction

These insights help you quickly spot who’s interested, who’s warming up, and who may need a timely follow-up.


🔔 Where to View Engagement

Option 1: From the Contact Profile

When viewing a lead or contact in BrokerBlocks, you’ll see:

  • A complete history of all Touchpoints sent

  • Icons and timestamps showing opens and reactions

  • Quick access to resend or send your next Touchpoint directly from the contact profile

Option 2: From the Action Dash Menu

  • Click the Action Dash in the top-right of your BrokerBlocks dashboard

  • A right-hand panel will appear showing

    • Your most recent engagements

    • Reactions across all leads

This is the fastest way to stay on top of recent activity and jump into conversations while they’re still hot.
