Whether your lead has transitioned from buyer to seller, or you simply need to correct an input, BrokerBlocks makes it effortless to update a contact's Opportunity Type. With just a few clicks, you can keep your client data organized, accurate, and aligned with every stage of their real estate journey.


🧭 How to Change an Opportunity Type

Follow these quick steps to update a contact's opportunity type in BrokerBlocks:

  1. Open your BrokerBlocks app

  2. Find the contact you want to update in your lead list

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the contact's name

  1. Select Edit to open the contact's details panel

  1. Locate the Opportunity Type field at the top-left of the panel

  1. Choose the new type — 🏡 Buyer or 🏠 Seller

  2. Click Next, then Submit to save your changes

  • When a client's role changes from buyer to seller, or vice versa
