To connect BrokerBlocks to your BoldTrail CRM, you'll need a BoldTrail API token. This gives BrokerBlocks secure access to your CRM leads and activity data to generate insights. Here's how to generate one.
🔧 How to Generate a BoldTrail API Token
Log in to your BoldTrail account, then follow these steps:
Click Lead Engine from the main navigation
Click on Lead Dropbox
Scroll down to find the My API Tokens box
Check the box for the type of token you need: Contacts or User
If necessary, select All to generate an all-scopes token — BrokerBlocks requires access to both Contacts and User scopes
Click Generate
Once generated, your page will automatically refresh and the token will appear at the top of the My API Tokens box.
Copy the token and share it with your BrokerBlocks team to complete the integration setup.
Important: Each token remains active for one year from the date it was generated. At the end of the year, you'll need to generate a new token and provide it to your BrokerBlocks team.
