To connect BrokerBlocks to Follow Up Boss, you'll need your Follow Up Boss API key. This gives BrokerBlocks access to your CRM leads and activity data to generate insights.
⚠️ This action must be completed by the Follow Up Boss account owner.
🔧 How to Create a Follow Up Boss API Key
Go to Admin → API
Click Create API Key
Name it BrokerBlocks and click Create API Key again to generate
Copy the API Key and paste it directly into your BrokerBlocks configuration settings
Click Done
If you didn't copy the key or lost it, simply create a new one — there's no limit.
Important: API Keys give access to your Follow Up Boss account. Keep them safe just like your password.
