Configure Sending Options

Choose the delivery method and finalize how the message will be sent to your client.

After editing a Touchpoint and clicking Continue, the Send window opens. This is where you choose how the message will be delivered to your client. All Touchpoints in BrokerBlocks use the same sending options β€” so once you know this screen, you know it for everything.


πŸ‘€ Recipients

Review and confirm who will receive the Touchpoint before sending.

  • To: Displays the contact who will receive the Touchpoint

  • Add contact: Include another contact in the same send


βš™οΈ Sending Settings

1. Choose Your Delivery Channel

Select how the message will be delivered:

  • Group Text & Email β€” Sends the Touchpoint via both SMS and email

  • Group Text β€” Sends via SMS only

  • Email β€” Sends via email only

πŸ’‘ SMS options are only available for contacts who have texting enabled. If you don't see Group Text or the SMS option is grayed out, see Step 3 below to turn it on for this contact or all your leads at once.

2. Edit the Message

  • Subject (Email only): The subject line recipients will see in their inbox

  • Message: The main message body. Pre-filled based on the Touchpoint, but fully editable to match your voice or the context of the conversation

Character limits are shown to help ensure deliverability.

3. Additional Settings

  • Attach personal contact links to email
    When enabled, your saved contact links (Zillow, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) are included in the email. Click Edit links to manage which ones appear.

  • Toggle SMS consent for this contact
    Turn this on to enable texting for this specific contact. Use this when you've received consent from one person and want to turn on SMS just for them.

  • Opt-in all leads to SMS
    Turns on SMS for all of your leads at once. Only use this option if you've collected proper consent from your contacts. This applies globally across your account.


πŸ‘οΈ What Your Client Sees

On the right-hand side, you'll see a live preview of the Touchpoint exactly as your client will receive it β€” before anything is sent.

  • Touchpoint / Group Text toggle: Switch between the email and SMS previews so you can see how the message looks in each channel before sending

  • View/Edit Touchpoint: Jump back into the editor if you need to make any last-minute changes


πŸš€ Ready to Send?

Once everything looks good, choose how to finalize the send:

  • Copy & Forward via FUB: Copy the message to send directly within Follow Up Boss

  • Send: Deliver the Touchpoint using your selected channel(s). You can also schedule it for a specific date and time if needed
