Updating Business Information for B2C Invoices

(Your studio invoicing its members)

If your studio sends invoices to your members, the information displayed on those invoices comes from your Stripe account settings. You need to ensure that your company name, business address, and registration details are correctly configured.

📌 Step 1: Update Business Information in Stripe

To modify your company information on invoices:

  1. Log in to your bsport back office.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Company > Update Stripe Information.

  3. This will open the Stripe interface, where you can update:

    • Legal Business Name – The official registered company name (see screenshot, point 1).

    • Business Name – The commercial name, if different from the legal name (see screenshot, point 2).

    • Business Address – Your registered address (see screenshot, point 3).

💡 Note: If your invoices still show your personal name and address, your Stripe account may be set as an individual account instead of a company account.

📌 Step 2: Adjust Business Name on Invoice PDFs

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.

  2. Scroll to Invoice PDF and enter the business commercial name as you want it to appear on invoices.

📌 Step 3: If Your Stripe Account Is Set as an Individual

If your invoices still display personal details, your Stripe account may have been set up incorrectly.

In this case, contact Support, and we will help update your Stripe account to a business account.

📌 Required Documents to Switch to a Business Account

To transition from an individual account to a company account, Stripe requires:

Proof of business registration (official company registration document).

Proof of registered address (official document with business address).

Proof of legal representative (confirmation of ownership/management).

Business phone number.

Business address.

Short description of your business (max. 2 sentences).

Additionally, for the legal representative, Stripe will request:

Proof of personal address.

Proof of ID (front and back).

Email address and phone number.

Updating Business Information for B2B Invoices

(Bsport invoicing your studio)

If you receive invoices from bsport, the information on those invoices (such as your company name and VAT details) cannot be updated through Stripe. Instead, you need to request the changes through our Billing Team or your Account Manager.

📌 How to Request a Change for B2B Invoices

To update your company name, address, or VAT details on bsport invoices, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Billing Team or your Account Manager with your request.

  2. Provide the necessary legal documents, including:

    • Proof of business registration (with the legal company name).

    • Registered business address.

    • Commercial name (if different from the legal name).

    • Business phone number.

💡 Important Notes:

  • B2B invoice modifications must be manually processed by bsport’s team.

  • Only verified businesses with legal documentation can request updates.

If you need assistance, please contact Support, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process. 🚀
